Position: Account Executive
Location: St. Louis
Salary: $70,000-$110,000 + Bonus/Commission


Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team specializing in commercial flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients in a variety of industries for their current and future flooring needs. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial flooring products and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the commercial flooring segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and property managers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the commercial flooring industry.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on flooring products and solutions that meet their needs and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of flooring products.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our commercial flooring solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in territory sales, preferably in the construction or commercial flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
