Position: Account Executive
Location: St. Louis
Salary: $70,000-$110,000 + Bonus/Commission

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team specializing in commercial flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients in a variety of industries for their current and future flooring needs. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial flooring products and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the commercial flooring segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and property managers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the commercial flooring industry.
Provide expert advice to clients on flooring products and solutions that meet their needs and budget.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of flooring products.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our commercial flooring solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in territory sales, preferably in the construction or commercial flooring industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
