Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS solutions in the mid-market segment, focusing on outbound strategies and new account acquisition. This role requires a hunter mentality, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.

Pay 75k base 150OTE

Remote or Hybrid (1x a week in Austin)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mid-market sector through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Utilize CRM tools like SalesForce and NetSuite to track sales activities and manage pipelines effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales and business processes, particularly in the healthcare or enterprise sectors.
Experience with Oracle HCM and EHR systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
